Dipika Chikhlia drops a reel as Maa Sita from Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan; netizens say, ‘Aapki yeh ek reel puri Adipurush film pe bhari padegi’

Dipika Chikhlia is considered Sita Maa in the whole nation till today. The actress to date receives the same amount of adoration and respect that she had received when she played the role of Sita in Ramanand Sagar‘s Ramayan. With the release of Adipurush, the netizens compared it to the epic saga and revealed how the film mocked the religion by using Tapori slang for Hanuman and Ravan dialogues.

Now, Dipika took to her Instagram and shared a reel reprising her character of Sita Mata and wrote, “This post is on public demand … I am grateful for the love I have always received for the role I played … Me … as sitaji …could not have asked for more.”

Users were overwhelmed to see the reel and showered comments with all the love, a user wrote, “aapki yeh ek reel ….Puri Adipurush film per bhari pade gi” While another called her irreplaceable when it comes to Sitaji’s character, ” No one can replace u as Sita ji role”

When the film premiered in the theatres, fans had also asked the makers of DD to rerun Ramanand Sagar‘s Ramayan for this major reason, the user wrote, “Doordarshan should immediately start airing Ramanand Sagar ji’s Ramayan for a “National Detox” from the epic disaster called #AadiPurush.”
